Processing and Shipping
Processing time extends up to 7 business days. This is independent of shipping duration. Shipping time is up to 1-5 Business Days. These are estimates are orders can process and ship faster. Holidays and inclement weather can affect delivery times. Please reach out to UPS/USPS for delivery dilemmas that you may encounter. Once your item is shipped and we have provided you with your tracking number we can assist you with the proper steps to filing a claim with the carrier, however, we are NOT to be held accountable for any issues with your package transit or delivery.
Fraud Prevention
Any orders with high fraud risk will be cancelled upon receipt and refunded in full. Any orders where the billing and shipping address do not match will be cancelled upon receipt and refunded in full.
Insurance
Package insurance is automatically added to your cart for your protection to get your money refunded to you if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. It is highly recommended to not remove it, however, if you do so we can not be held liable for any package issues.
If you purchase insurance you can submit a claim by following the steps received via email by Ship Insurance. You will have the option to receive a refund or repurchase your order.
